Nigerians react as Nathaniel Bassey shares throwback photo

           

On Thursday, May 13, prolific gospel singer Nathaniel Bassey shared a throwback photo of himself on Twitter playing the trumpet. He tagged it, ‘’I remember… I no go forget…how far He has brought me.’’ The tweet has attracted many reactions from his fans so far.

Godstime Eribo commented, ‘’One of the many lessons reiterated in this picture is that it pays to be consistent in what you do. Thank God for helping you become consistent all along. More greater height you shall attain in Christ’s name.’’

Nathaniel Bassey was born in Lagos on August 27, 1978. He is from Akwa Ibom State, South-South, Nigeria. Over the years, he has touched lives with his ministrations.  Besides, he is the convener of Hallelujah Challenge, an online platform that gathers Christians together to praise God from 12am to 1am on the social media pages of the singer. 
           

The gospel singer has been consistent with his style of music and has inspired many to achieve their dreams with his words of encouragement. Bassey is a proof that it pays to serve God. 

Consequently, the 2017 City People Music Award winner for Gospel Artist of the Year has released many songs that have blessed lives consistently. Among his hit tracks are Imela, This God Is Too Good, You Are God, Olowogbogboro, Onise Iyanu, Alagbada Ina, Emmanuel, and Olorun Agabye. The 42 year old singer is married to Sarah Bassey and they are blessed with two children.
