Popular gospel singer Nathaniel Bassey has announced the date for the first edition of this year's Hallelujah Challenge, a platform where Christians gather online globally to praise God at midnight hour.

He made this announcement on his social media pages on Friday with the banner of the programme with the caption, "Let’s go! Spread this far and wide! His mercies endures forever!”

The praise-themed gathering will commence on February 5 and it will be streamed live on all the singer’s social media platforms.

The last edition of the programme in October 2023 saw the attendance of notable guests like Pastor Jerry Eze, Apostle Joshua Selman, Pastor Victoria Orenze, Dunsin Oyekan, Pastor Funke Felix-Adejumo, Emma Oh My God, among others.

@black.rose1070: “The first time I saw the Hallelujah Challenge was last February. And on the last day I find myself crying out for mercy, not knowing my mom had cancer and almost died. But thank God for His mercy.

"The following week I had a massive asthma attack but God’s grace kept me. I now know why God had me on my knees crying out for mercy during the Hallelujah Challenge because He knew what I was going to face in the following weeks to come. I had a great time in October and I can’t wait for the next one. Thank you.”
