American veteran Tv host, Kathie Gifford, has spoken about how she has been hearing from God from a young age and how He has consistently told her to be focused. She made this revelation in a recent interview with Sadie Huff on the Whoa That's Good Podcast.

Gifford said, "Ever since I entered this industry full-time when I was 17 years old, the Lord was very, very clear with me and He said, 'Never separate the secular from the spiritual. You live in my world, you live in my world.

"People will try to say Hollywood is secular. (People say there is such a godless world there. But God is everywhere."

She also said that she carries Jesus along with her as she grows in her career. She said, "I knew every time I walked on a movie set, on a television set, or a recording studio or a stage, or a Baptist church, or Israel or whatever — it was God's world. And I got the privilege of being in it and walking in it with Yeshua, Jesus. "

69-year-old Gifford is notable as a host in NBC’s ‘Today’. She has often spoken about her faith in God and how she has dedicated her life to His service.

She has also delved into acting and filmmaking. By December, she will be releasing her Christmas movie, ‘The Way’, on Pure Flix, a faith-based streaming platform. Other actors she featured in the film include Jimmie Allen, Danny Gokey, Nicole C. Mullen, and Bebe Winans.

Asides her involvement in movies, she is also an author, and has released her latest book titled, “The God of the Way: A Journey into the Stories, People, and Faith That Changed the World Forever.”

Speaking about her faith, she said, "I don't have a religion. I have a relationship with a living God, which is more than a 24/7 situation. It's time and that's why I do it. That's the short answer."
