Ada Ehi is a Nigerian gospel artist who falls in the above category. She has successful blessed lives with her sonorous voice since she gained entrance into the music world. Today, Ada Ehi clocks 37 years. It has been a wholesome experience for her, testifying of God’s grace and glory upon her life. Her family, friends, and fans have joined the songstress to celebrate her birthday with her.
Ada Ehi started singing at a very young age. Her music career started while she was just 10 years old. She was the backup singer for Tosin Jegede. However, she started her music career professionally a decade ago; 2009 to be precise. Loveworld Records was the platform she needed to find a path for her to grow both locally and internationally.
Her genre of music includes contemporary gospel, afro pop, and pop. She grew up with her parents Victor and Mabel Ndukauba, and her three brothers. They are lovers of gospel music. Ada Ehi studied Chemical & Polymer Engineering at Lagos State University.
During her stay at the University, she joined Believers Loveworld Campus Fellowship. Her zeal to serve the Lord and be effective in His vineyard made her join the Christ Embassy choir. Ehi did not just sing for the choir, she went all out to go into full music ministry. Over the years, she has performed in several countries across the globe.
In 2009, she dropped her Debut Album ‘Undenied’ in November 2009. Likewise, her second album was released in November 2013; it was titled Lifted & So Fly. These albums have blessed lives and caused her to receive recognitions across the country. Her third album was released on October 16, 2017. It was titled Future Now.
Her efforts at creating good music that has touched lives over the years have not gone unnoticed. In 2017, Ada Ehi made YNaija’s list of 100 influential Christian Personalities in Nigeria. That recognition was quite laudable. It went a long way to show that her efforts have not been in vain.
Same year, she won the Groove Awards ‘West African Artist of the Year’. She got nominated with other gospel artistes like Sinach, Frank Edwards, and The Preachers. Her tracks include Bobo Me, Settled, Like This, Only You Jesus, Cheta, I Overcame, and many more.
Her song, Only You, which was released in 2019, is one of the most viewed 20 songs of the decade from Nigeria. Ada Ehi is a blessed musician. Her songs are inspiring. In fact, she is an inspiration to many persons.
Ada is an example of God’s grace radiating gloriously. She is a proof that there are benefits with serving God. Apparently, she is a testifier of God’s faithfulness.
