Busola Dakolo, wife of singer and songwriter, Timi Dakolo, has come out to say that she was allegedly raped twice by the senior pastor of Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo some years ago, before she got married.
She made this allegation in a video with Chude Jideonwu of Red Africa Media.
This is Busola’s first time of publicly speaking about her experience with Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.
In a two part video series, she talks about her polygamous childhood, her conservative christian adolescence and the religious shift that would put her in the path of the senior pastor.

Busola said she’s speaking up because of a social media post which accused her of promiscuity when she was a teenager, saying she was having sex with pastors while growing up in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.
Her husband had in recent times gone on his Instagram handle to talk about an “Abuja Pastor” who goes about assaulting girls.
According to Busola, the first time she was raped was in her own house when her mother and sisters had travelled. The Pastor came visiting, forced her into a chair, removed her clothes, and raped her. He then went to his car and brought a bottle of Krest (a soft drink) and forced her to drink it.
“You should be happy that a man of God did this to you,” she quoted him as saying to her.
Busola said that this was around the time Fatoyinbo and his wife welcomed their first child together.
The second time was when Busola went to baby-sit for the pastor and his wife, Modele.
Busola said after the baby-sitting session, the pastor ensured he drove her home that day and instead of taking her home, detoured to a secluded spot and again, raped her behind the car and on the bonnet.

The pastor or the church is yet to comment officially on the allegations.
