Sinach, others celebrate Pastor Oyakhilome at 60

The President, Believers Loveworld, aka Christ Embassy, Rev. Chris Oyakhilome, turns 60 today and several people have taken to social media to celebrate him including popular gospel singers, Sinach and Frank Edwards, among others.

Celebrating Oyakhilome, the church official Facebook page wrote, "Celebrating the prophet of our time. Our father, Rev Chris Oyakhilome, DSC DD. Happy Birthday sir. We love you."

In her birthday wishes, Sinach wrote on Instagram, "Special happy birthday to you sir! I join the whole world today to celebrate you. You are a bright and shinny light for the Lord Jesus Christ. I recognize and greatly appreciate your contribution in shaping who I am in Christ Jesus through the investment of the word of God in my life and in many other ways. My family and I celebrate you sir. Happy birthday sir!"

On his part, Frank Edwards said, "December 7 is a special date in God's calendar.We join the host of heaven to rejoice with you. Happy birthday pastor. Words are not enough to talk about your impact in this world and in my life. 

"You painted dreams, creamed dreams, conquered many spiritual wars, changed billions of lives and taught us to do the same. All with the word of God. Today we celebrate a father, teacher of the word, God's general, captain and many more. Happy birthday Rev. Chris Oyakhilome PhD, DSc, DD."

Other members of his congregation also celebrated him. Ayo Femi wrote on Facebook quoting Rev Chris saying, “One thing is certain. The word of God works. It produces results every time. You can stake your life on it. it never fails.”

Wishing Oyakhilome a happy birthday, Femi said, “Happy birthday Pastor Chris. I thank God you yielded the call. Your influence spreads across the earth. We receive many more years for you in strength and vitality. And God is glorified through your ministry and more. Amen and amen.”

Also, Jeffrey Emiekagbon wrote on Facebook, “Happy glorious birthday to my dear father and highly esteemed man of God, our father, prophet, teacher, shepherd, and advantage.

“I am grateful to the Lord for introducing you to me. He did bless me with a pastor after His heart, to teach and impact in me knowledge and understanding of the word of God! I am so blessed to be your son. It's been amazing years of glory to be a part of the work force of the Father’s vision for His glorious kingdom.”

Other gospel singers who celebrated Oyakhilome are Tope Alabi and Nikki Laoye, among others.
