Pat Barrett Releases New Album titled “Act Justly, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly”

Worship leader and song writer, Pat Barrett, has released his new album. The album which is titled "Act Justly, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly'', has 17 tracks and it also features some live video recordings. There were special appearances from Chris Tomlin, Mack Brock, Franni Rae Cash of We The Kingdom, and Jon Reddick. The album was produced by Bowyer & Bow / Capitol Christian Music Group.

“I loved getting to write and record ‘As For Me’ with my friends Chris Tomlin and Jason Ingram,” recalls Pat Barrett. “Actually, it was one of the last songs to arrive for this project and feels so important to it...

‘’We can see and hear something so often that we forget how simple and profound it is. For me, it deals with the question: ‘What do you do with the things that you can’t control in the world?’ We are advertised to and bombarded with countless philosophies and ‘ways’ that we can live and improve our lives. I have reached the age now where I’ve seen a lot of people choose a different way than Jesus. Joshua 24:15: But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord. Everyone has a choice to make, and I’ve made mine,” Barrett said.

Chris Tomlin affirmed that Barrett is not just among his close friends but also his favorite artist. He added that he is a bundle of talent with a fantastic voice for the modern church. It was in great anticipation that Tomlin received the news of Barett’s new album and it matched his expectations.

It is interesting to know that Barrett is focusing on sharing songs that has been instrumental in his growth over the years. This new album is only evident that he is a prolific song writer, artist, and worship leader. His personal experiences and the present challenges in our world make up the lyrics of his songs.

Act Justly, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly is out now wherever you listen to music! 🙌🏻 I pray these songs help you the way they’ve helped me. Let’s go! //
