Popular online TV channel, Ogongo TV is set to partner with Mount Zion Faith Ministries Intl. in order to release a faith-based movie titled Checkmate. This news was announced by Dr. Adeoye Omoniyi, the CEO of Ogongo TV.
While addressing journalists, Omoniyi stated that Checkmate was made into a movie some months ago. Also, there are plans for its release on December 24, 2020 on Ogongo TV YouTube channel same day.
According to Gospel Film News, the Christ-centered movie was written by Seye Femi-Akintunde, produced by Taiwo Ayoola, shot by Sesan Afolayan and was directed by Isaac Femi Akintunde of Mount Zion Faith Ministries International.
On the list of actors to star in the movie include Grace Femi-Akintunde, Tobi Olumuyiwa, Jide Ogunmilade, amongst others. On its Facebook page, Ogongo TV wrote:
"Coming soon!!! Checkmate. It will be premiered on Ogongo TV on 24/12/2020. You cannot afford to miss this movie. It's highly inspirational and full of life."
