Nigerian Christian film maker Joshua Mike-Bamiloye has advised the younger generation of Christians to remain focused on the essence of courtship and relationships. He made this statement on social media recently. Also, he admonished that the Younger Christian Generations (YGC) should remain disciplined and avoid being deceived by the trends on social media.
Furthermore, Mike-Bamiloye talked about boyfriend and girlfriend relationships which are fast taking over our society. According to the gospel film maker, many persons are into boyfriend and girlfriend relationships with the intention of having sex unending. He stated that it is not acceptable. However, if the intention of the relationship is for marriage, then it is fine. More so, both partners should also be of age.
Jaymikee, as he is fondly called, stated that dating and courting is a period of learning about your partner. It is also a period that affords you the opportunity to understand each other, have fun while preparing, praying and planning for the future (marriage).
