Covenant Christian Centre opens a training centre - The Covenant Bible Institute.

Pastor Poju Oyemade, Covenant Christian Centre
Covenant Christian Centre is opening its Bible Institute. This announcement was made by the Senior Pastor of the Church, Pastor Poju Oyemade on his Facebook Page today.

According to him,
This Institute is committed to discipleship. It is to bring the believer into the knowledge of the things of the Spirit.
The ministry of Christ had a public phase and He also had private meetings with some. There, in the private meetings He explained further principles He taught in public. It was from those private discussions with some that the continuity of His work on earth emerged.
In the ministry of Jesus we see it at various instances, let’s quote two of them.
Matthew 24:3
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
Mark 9:28
And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?
For Paul he put it this way in Acts 20; 20 “And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house,”
We do have a mandate to save and to bring men into the knowledge of the truth.
