The General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Kumuyi, is set to arrive Ikorodu, Lagos State today (Wednesday) for the six-day crusade of the church scheduled to commence tomorrow (Thursday).
The crusade is part of the cleric’s world evangelism program which comes under the auspices of the ‘Global Crusade with Kumuyi.’
The cleric has gotten some morale boost from the Christian Association of Nigeria and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria.
The CAN Chairman of Lagos State, Bishop Stephen Adegbite, announced the organisation’s support for the crusade in Ikorodu.
He described the forthcoming event as “a wonderful end-time programme in which participants will never regret attending.”
He also advised Christians across all denominations to be actively involved in the church programme. Meanwhile, the PFN has also drummed its support for the event.
Before the commencement of the program, it is expected that Kumuyi will have a briefing with the press. Also, there are plans for him to meet with the meet with the Ayangburen of Ikorodu Kingdom, Oba Kabiru Adegorushen, on his arrival in the town on Wednesday, at the Lagos State University of Science and Technology in Ikorodu (formerly known as LASPOTECH).
The chairman of GCK, Pastor Edison Daminabo, in a statement, said that the crusade would hold from Thursday, July 28 to Tuesday, August 02, 2022 at the Lagos State University of Science and Technology.
